WHAT TO EXPECT

A thoughtful process. A direction we explore together.

Coaching begins with your priorities. Here’s how we can move from an initial inquiry to a working relationship, with space to ask questions along the way.

  1. 01

    Start with a free consultation.

Request a complimentary 20-minute call to ask questions and explore whether coaching feels like a good fit. It is separate from the paid initial session.

  2. 02

    Choose a clear beginning.

Discuss your priorities, participation preferences, availability, and session options. Introductory rates are $75 for a 90-minute initial session, $50 for a 60-minute continuing session, or $210 for a four-session start.

  3. 03

    Agree on the practical pieces.

Review your coaching agreement and session policies, complete your intake, and pay your individual Square invoice. Kiana confirms your paid appointment after payment.

  4. 04

    Make room for the work.

Begin with a 90-minute initial conversation. Your client portal keeps goals, shared notes, action steps, and resources together. Recording is optional and checked with everyone each session.

  5. 05

    Reflect, practice, and revisit.

Continuing sessions last 60 minutes. Explore what you are learning, adjust your direction, and choose steps that fit your life. A four-session package includes the initial session and three continuing sessions, used within 90 days of the first session.

QUESTIONS ARE WELCOME

A little more clarity.

Is family life coaching only for families?

No. Individuals can explore personal priorities, relationships, routines, life transitions, and related goals. You don’t need to bring your whole family or have a parenting goal to inquire.

Can we explore more than one area?

Yes. The areas often connect. We can begin with what feels most relevant and revisit the focus as your circumstances and priorities change.

What if I don’t have a clear goal yet?

You can begin with a question, a situation, or something you’d like to understand better. An initial conversation can help us explore whether coaching is a useful next step.

What are your session options and prices?

The 20-minute consultation is complimentary. Introductory rates are $75 for a 90-minute initial session, $50 for a 60-minute continuing session, and $210 for a four-session start. Compare options and payment terms.

Can I share communication or accessibility preferences?

Yes. The inquiry form includes an optional space for preferences. You can also ask about written communication, reflection time, pacing, and other considerations that would help you participate.

UNDERSTANDING THE SCOPE

What coaching can offer.

Family life coaching provides space to explore goals, reflect on experiences, develop skills, and consider next steps. It supports your thinking while keeping decisions in your hands.

Coaching does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment, medical care, or legal representation. Questions about whether coaching fits your needs are welcome before you begin.

A CONVERSATION IS A PLACE TO BEGIN

Let’s start with what matters to you.

You can bring a question, a goal, or a situation you’re still making sense of.
