ROOM FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE
Support for life, and the people in it.
Life doesn’t happen in separate categories. Your coaching doesn’t have to, either. Find support with the everyday challenges, changing seasons, and relationships that matter to you.
Parenting. Relationships. Routines. Transitions. You.

Different seasons.
Room to grow through them.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step.
WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

A little about the approachCOACHING THAT CAN GROW WITH YOU
One life. Many moving parts. A place to begin.
You might arrive with a specific goal or a feeling that something needs to change. Together, we can explore what matters now and where you’d like to go.
Tell me what’s on your mind- 01
Start where you are.
Bring the situation, question, or goal you’re navigating. You don’t need to fit everything into a single category.
- 02
Explore what matters.
Look at your priorities, relationships, and everyday patterns. Define what meaningful progress would look like for you.
- 03
Find your next steps.
Consider practical actions that fit your life. As your needs evolve, the focus of coaching can evolve with them.

MEET KIANA
Your life is connected. I see it that way, too.
I’m Kiana, the person behind The Turner Table. I offer family life coaching across parenting, relationships, communication, routines, and life transitions.
My goal is to support clients through the areas of life they’re navigating. Sometimes that means focusing on one thing. Sometimes it means moving through several connected areas over time.
You can start with what matters to you today. There’s room for the rest as we go.
More about my background
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Let’s make it a little clearer.
Have another question?
You’re welcome to ask.
Is family life coaching only for families?
No. Family life coaching can support people with a range of goals involving everyday life, relationships, parenting, communication, and change. You don’t have to bring your whole family or have a parenting goal to inquire.
Can we work on more than one area?
Yes. These parts of life often overlap. We can begin with what feels most relevant and revisit the focus as your needs and goals change.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
You can reach out with a question, a situation you’re navigating, or a general sense of what you’d like to change. An inquiry gives us a starting point for discussing whether coaching fits your needs.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on goals, reflection, skills, and next steps. It does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment. We can discuss the scope of coaching when you inquire so you can consider the kind of support you’re looking for.
How do I learn about sessions and pricing?
Start with a complimentary 20-minute consultation. Introductory rates are $75 for a 90-minute initial session, $50 for a 60-minute continuing session, or $210 for a four-session start. See session options and policies.
